Pound down the effects of inflammation (the natural way)

Pound down the effects of inflammation (the natural way)

Pound down the effects of inflammation-the natural way.

The secret behind Omega 3-6 and 9 Essential Fatty Acids.

If you want to reduce the effects of inflammation then you should consider adding Essential Fatty Acids as a critical key to balancing your diet with these important inflammation fighters.

The western diet is considered to be out of balance with many of our third world rivals.

Industrialized nations have benefited in many ways with a variety of creature comforts. After all, how many of us could do without our TVs, automobiles, computers and iPods (somebody has to remind you just how good we have it)?  However, this apparent benefit has come with a hefty price tag and the above listed conveniences may tend to turn some people into armchair warriors and couch potatoes with little motivation to get up off their oversized butts and pump iron, run, grapple, or hit a heavy bag.  Easy lifestyles are sometimes easily interchanged with fast foods and low maintenance diets that may tend to be loaded with high fat, high calories, dyes, artificial chemicals, preservatives, fillers, pesticides and other potential forms of industrial waste.  Basically these foods may be subjected to heat, air, light and processed chemicals that may leach and rob the essential vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and healthy nutrients that were once present at the onset and that our bodies desperately need.  Sometimes we discover that the finished product has a superior shelf life and that it easily resists breakdown (even by our own bodies) and this food-stuff will probably be uncovered fully intact in a waste dumpsite some twenty years into our future.  More importantly, the true down side to this phenomenon is that the convenient fast foods are oftentimes found to be of low-nutrient density (i.e. contain poor levels of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other important nutrients) and in some cases may prove to be harmful to our health.  Take for example trans-fatty acids.  These are fats that that are stable and have a high melting point (remain solid at room temperature), however these fats are known to be hazardous to our health.  A fact that now has not even escaped the eye of the ever vigilant FDA which as of January 2006 is requiring that all labels of food products must clearly state the content of trans-fatty acids to consumers.  The New England Journal of Medicine has speculated that tens of thousands of Americans could be saved by avoiding these potentially deadly dietary sources of trans-fats.

. potentially  The end result is that we may find ourselves full, but our bodies find that they are still starving.  Our bodies are precision machines that require the right mixture of ingredients to run at peak performance.
